Our range of products can be home delivered and of course collected, during our nominated collection hours. If you cannot arrange to collect during these hours, please phone to make alternate arrangements. We are very proud to say that our products are sent right around Australia and around the world... For your benefit, Delivery Fees will be checked manually and altered if we can save you money. The delivery amount quoted by our shopping cart is a guide only, to give you an approximate cost for the items you wish to purchase. On receipt of your order the calculated delivery charge will be checked, to ensure accuracy - we'd like to save you money if we can. We retain the right to vary the delivery charge according to your location and the goods ordered at all times. Any changes to the delivery fee quoted to you when completing an order online, can be negotiated on a case by case basis - dependant on the weight of goods ordered, the goods ordered and your location. You'll be emailed an invoice to complete your transaction, usually within 24 hours of completing checkout. Your invoice will contain information of how to complete payment. After receipt of your invoice, payment can be completed by DIRECT DEPOSIT, CASH ON PICKUP, PAYPAL, VISA/MASTERCARD by PHONE. If you have supplied payment card information via the checkout process, payment will be taken prior to your order being prepared for despatch, you may complete payment by whichever means suits you best.
